These terms apply when you visit digiboxer.com or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are
DigiBoxer (digiboxer.com) is an online store selling digital products, Contact: contact@digiboxer.com.

2. Our products
We sell digital files only. Nothing is shipped. Each product page lists what is included, the file formats and the tools you need. Some products need a free or paid account with a third-party tool (for example Canva or Notion). We are not responsible for those tools or their changes.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is handled by PayPal. We do not see or store your card details. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already paid.

4. Delivery
Files are delivered by download link right after payment, and the link is also sent to your email. See our How Delivery Works page.

5. License
Your purchase gives you a personal license to use the files, not ownership of them. You may not share, resell or redistribute the files. See our License Terms page.

6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.

7. Your conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything illegal.

8. Intellectual property
All products, text, images and designs on this site belong to DigiBoxer. You may not copy them except as allowed by the License Terms.

9. No guarantees of results
Our templates and guides help you get organized or work faster. We do not promise any specific income, grade or business result.

10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.

11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force on the day of your order apply to that order.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
