When do I get my files?
Right after payment. You download them from the confirmation page, and we email you the link too.
Will anything be shipped to me?
No. Every product is a digital file.
Which tools do I need?
Each product page lists them. Most work with free accounts of Canva, Notion or Google Sheets, or with Excel or any PDF reader.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes. Change colors, text and layout as much as you like for your own use.
Can I use them for my business or clients?
Not with the Personal License included in every product. A Commercial License is coming soon. See our License Terms.
Can I print the planners?
Yes. Print as many copies as you need for yourself, at home or at a print shop.
How do I pay?
With PayPal. You can usually pay with a card through PayPal, even without a PayPal account (depending on your country).
I didn't get the email. What do I do?
Check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Email contact@digiboxer.com with your order number.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if the file is broken, missing or very different from its description. Because files are instant downloads, we don't refund change-of-mind purchases. See our Refund Policy.
