Refund policy

Our products are digital files. You get them right after payment, so we cannot take them back. For this reason, all sales are final once the files are downloaded, except in the cases below.

We will refund you or fix the problem if:
- The download link does not work and we cannot send you a working one within 3 business days.
- The file is damaged, empty, or will not open in the tool listed on the product page.
- The product is very different from its description on our site.
- You were charged twice for the same order.

We cannot refund:
- A product you downloaded and simply changed your mind about.
- A product that does not work with a tool or version that was not listed on the product page.
- A product you bought by mistake, if you already downloaded it.

EU and UK customers
By law you can cancel within 14 days. At checkout, you agree that delivery starts right away and that you lose this right once the download begins. If you have not downloaded the files yet, you can still ask for a full refund within 14 days..

How to ask for help
Email contact@digiboxer.com within 14 days of your order. Include your order number and a short description or screenshot of the problem. We reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it.

Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute. Most problems are solved in one email..
